CARIBOO FRIENDSHIP SOCIETY Aboriginal Infant Development Worker (AIDP) One Year Maternity Leave Job Purpose: AIDP worker to plan and deliver individual appropriate services to Aboriginal Infants, young children, and their families. This is a family centered, program that works in partnership with parents/caregivers to develop useful strategies to promote child development. Qualifications: Possesses Infant Development certificate or diploma, Summer Institute Training, CYC of FNCYC education, Early Childhood Education training, or equivalent; Minimum of 3 Years experience in Infant Development, Aboriginal Infant Development, or related Early Childhood Development work; Has reliable transportation and holds a valid B.C. drivers license.
