EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Evergreen Acres Senior Housing Society is recruiting a part- time Administrative Assistant whose main role is to provide assistance to the General Manager.
The position will suit a friendly, well-organized person who is comfortable working in a hectic environment. Hours of work will be 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every Friday and other days as assigned, as well as coverage for the General Manager when she is away.
The successful candidate will be motivated and a good communicator and have 2 to 3 years' experience working in an office environment.
He/she will have knowledge of office procedures including filing, answering phones, interacting with tenants and potential tenants, and must possess basic bookkeeper and computer skills with the ability to work with Word, Excel, and G-mail.
An understanding of Sage Accounting would be an asset. The position will start in mid-October 2020 and salary will be based on experience and skill level. A job description is available upon request.
