HEALTH DIRECTOR Tsideldel First Nation formerly known as (Alexis Creek Indian Band) is located at Redstone Reserve, which is located 177 km west of Williams Lake on Highway 20. We are the second largest community of the Tsilhqot&rsquoin Nation (TNG). Our members is 700 approximately 240 members living on reserve. Job Summary Currently, the Tsideldel First Nation is hiring a Health Director to join our community in Redstone Reserve. Under the direction of the Band Manager, the Health Director is responsible for the administering of Health Programs and services in the Tsideldel Community. To manage the overall financial, budgeting, planning and accounting for the Health Department. Work with external organization in an advisory and liaison capacity to address internal and external care provisions. Qualifications Bachelor&rsquos degree in Health Services, Community Development, Public Administration, or related. Minimum of three years&rsquo senior level experience in administration with duties that include policy development and program service delivery. Proven record in leadership, financial management, communication and human resource management. Knowledgeable of Federal and Provincial health systems. Training in the areas of crisis intervention, conflict resolutions, mediation, restorative justice and wellness models will be considered assets. Ability to understand and be fluent in Tsilhqot&rsquoin would be an asset.
