Job Title: Line Cook (NOC 6322) Company Name: Laughing Loon pub Terms of Employment: Full time (40hrs/week) Job Location: Williams Lake, BC Wage: $14/hr Positions Available: 2 Start Date: as soon as possible Language: English Education - Completion of secondary education is required - Completion of college or other program in cooking, or several years of experience in commercial cooking. Experience - At least 1 -2 years as a line cook or related experience Duties: - Prepare and cook food orders and menu items that come into the kitchen. - Oversee the kitchen operations - Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment - Maintain recipe integrity - Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers - May clean kitchen and work area - May plan menus, determine size of food portions - Assist the head chef in cooking and preparing meals.
