Position: 1.0 FTE 2/3 CLASSROOM TEACHER Maranatha Christian School is an independent K-9 school in Williams Lake, British Columbia. It is a school founded on biblical principles with a vision of teaching and encouraging students to lead Christ-centered lives that will impact and influence our changing global community. In addition, Maranatha partners with its families and the Christian community of Williams Lake to recognize the uniqueness of every child as we provide an education that seeks to develop academic excellence, servant-based leadership, and a desire to see their faith lived daily in a fulfilling way through providing innovation and supports within the classroom. The focus of student life at Maranatha Christian School is the development of life skills and Christian character with Christ-centered curriculum and Christian staff. Additionally, staff will be uplifted and supported by our collaborative community that seeks to be a caring and positive influence in our student's lives. As such, Maranatha is seeking a 1.0 FTE Grade 2/3 Classroom Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. Requirements include a Bachelor of Education with a valid BC Teaching Certificate.
