Maintenance &amp Engineering Manager Millar Western's Whitecourt Pulp Division is seeking a Maintenance &amp Engineering Manager. Reporting to the Mill Manager, the successful candidate will be an integral member of the site's leadership team and responsible for the mill's preventative maintenance processes, operational reliability, capital project activities, and maintenance and repair programs. The successful candidate will be an Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer with a strong background in project management, preventive/predictive maintenance and asset reliability. Applicants must have several years of progressively responsible management experience, preferably in a pulp manufacturing environment, along with strong leadership, interpersonal and communications skills. Experience with SAP considered an asset.
