Facilities Superintendent (Joel Properties)Reports to: Facilities ManagerDirect Reports: Facilities Staff Role Description Responsibilities: On-site management of Joel Properties wood waste landfill and treatment facility Maintaining documentation associated with landfill and treatment facility Conducting weekly and monthly inspections Observing and providing feedback to promote landfill expansion Promoting and mentoring health and safety, environmental stewardship in the field across all divisions; in accordance with legislation and company policies. Collaborating with other team members Presenting any issues or concerns directly to Facilities Manager and/or VP of Operations Managing, mentoring, supervising, and training with &ldquoServant Leadership.&rdquo Effectively managing equipment and materials for Joel Properties Acting as a representative of the company, working closely with VPs, PMs, coordinators, consultants, contractors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies to prepare and execute plans Proactively identifying, addressing, and resolving issues with field operations as or before they occur Encouraging and maintaining a positive relationship between all field staff with a focus on teamwork, trust, and mutual respect.
