Position: RESIDENT CARETAKER(S)

Position: RESIDENT CARETAKER(S) Tsideldel Limited Partnership is looking to fill the position with Barney's Lakeside Resort for a RESIDENT CARETAKER. The position is year-round with a peak season of June - September. The position is available starting May 1, 2023 and includes accommodation on site. This is a contract position and compensation will be based on experience and skills. The workload is beyond one individual's capacity so this position is most suitable for a caretake team/couple with the required combination of experience and skills. The RESIDENT CARETAKER(s) will have a broad set of responsibilities to act as a caretaker of the property full-time including the following: Operation of all aspects of the resort and property. Oversee daily preparation of financial reports and bookings. Supervise staff members through orientation, day-to-day activities, and training. Identify, develop, and implement site improvements and strategies. Develop operational efficiencies to support customer value and satisfaction. Ensuring buildings and equipment are maintained. Ensure Health and Safety issues are a daily priority in the delivery of services. The RESIDENT CARETAKER should have the following Qualifications and Experience: Experience with operations, property and business management. Demonstratable experience with customer experience in hospitality. Experience in a supervisory role with demonstrated leadership abilities. IT Literate - advanced experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Point of Sale (POS) terminal for Debit and Credit cards. Working knowledge of basic accounting principles. Valid driver's license Reliable 4-wheel transportation - a truck is preferred due to the nature of the job and location. Clean criminal records check. First aid certification.
