Required Immediately Office Administrator - Front Desk Position (Full Time) The successful candidate must be capable of the following: Excellent and professional customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment while answering multiple phone lines. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel Well organized, with strong attention to detail. Create invoices for walk-in customers, receive & post cash, debit or credit card payments. Co-ordinate shipping & create shipping paperwork. Organize mail and match packing lists with invoices daily. Data Entry of invoices and payroll timecards to open work orders. Maintain office equipment & office supplies inventory. Ensure common areas are kept tidy and organized. Mid-month accounts receivable collections.
