Duties 1) To be responsible to assist the Food Services Manager: In the planning menus In preparing a list for the necessary food stock In ensuring that foods are stored appropriately 2) To be responsible for the preparation of meals and food: ensures that meals are ready on time ensures that the meals are nutritious, palatable and appear attractive 3) To be responsible for the cleanliness and to ensure that the condition of the kitchen meets all health regulations.
