WHAT WE OFFER: Awareness of need for work life flexibility Excellent training opportunities Value culture Dental and Vision plan after 3 months, Company RRSP's contribution plan Paid vacation; sick days; Cultural Days; staff development WHAT YOU'LL DO: Solid working knowledge of the issues of violence against women Demonstrate an understanding and experience supporting clients affected by mental health, substance-use, poverty, and discrimination based on ethnicity, class, sexual orientation and other intersections of marginalization Experience with critical incident de-escalation, response and debriefing an asset A trauma informed and response based practice approach Accurately record day to day happenings using the appropriate methods; intake forms, maintain communication logs and complete all forms required. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Willingness to learn and be a part of a team Post-secondary education, experience working with relevant population, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
