Meeting Room Coordinator

Position: Meeting Room Coordinator Salary: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour RAMADA WILLIAMS LAKE HOTEL Who would coordinate bookings for meetings in the Convention Centre, which hosts up to 200 people, and a smaller meeting room in the hotel which hosts 1-15 people, depending on set up. This employee would confirm booking dates over the phone or by email. Communication and follow up is essential. This person would provide coffee, tea and snacks as requested. Set up and clean-up is required and we have a great crew who helps with this. Potentially, this could lead to a full-time position for the person with good marketing and salesmanship skills.
